Suite-level data

BookOS (operated by Snow Labs) shares your authentication identity, profile, billing, and entitlements across every product in the suite. Per-app data (manuscripts, audiobooks, videos, listings) stays isolated to that product unless you explicitly invoke a cross-app action.

Data storage

Identity and billing on Convex (encrypted). Per-product data follows each product's storage rules. We don't aggregate manuscript content across apps for training.

What we collect at the BookOS level

• • Account info (email, name, billing)
• • Cross-app usage (which apps you've activated)
• • Shared analytics (PostHog) and errors (Sentry) tagged with the originating app

What we don't do

• • Train AI on user content from any app in the suite
• • Sell user data or aggregate user behaviour to third parties
• • Run cross-suite ad networks

Data deletion

Delete your BookOS account from settings to cascade-delete across every product. 30-day window for export.
